Election Day

Today I voted and I am proud to have voted for the candidate I believe in.  My vote was a green one, it was for Gilbert Teodoro.  I voted with my children and the future in mind, not with nostalgia for the past.  I voted with courage and not with fear.  I voted with a conscience, without media or survey influence.

Hats off to all the teachers for the hard work they put in today. This year they've finally been blessed and will not spent all day and all night counting the votes with these new PCOS machines.  Tonight will be the first time I don't to the rounds of the nearby precincts to watch the tallying.  Instead, I am lying in my comfy bed with the aircon to keep me cool watching the preliminary results.

I hope that we move forward and
say goodbye to old school politicians.
