Yesterday Aiden had his nursery class Christmas program and party. They sang a whole bunch of songs, made all the parents awwwww and drool and then we blinded the kids with a series of camera flashes. But the best part was after, the teachers prepared a short video of what exactly the kids think Christmas is all about. They were asked questions like where was Jesus born, why did they go to the stable, how did the three kings find them. A couple of answers were spot on but the rest were hilarious.
In response to who is Jesus' dad, Aiden proudly replies "Daddy Mary". Oh dear. Are we really the only non practicing Catholic family around?
